Natural Moisture

There is natural moisture in your and my hair. The question in my mind today is how do we maintain that moisture... I do use my refreshner spray during the day, It doesn't cause build up or for my hair to become overly oil. I believe the to retaiin the moisture is in the morning... When you get out of the shower or just mist you hair to seal it to add a little healthy non synthetic oil to your hair.

The best thing about non synthetic oils is you can use them both on you hair and skin and nails.

The best oils are natural (can be a vegan product) from and also smells so wonderful, add it to you scalp treatment spray or even just destilled water.
